Demo request data
The early-access form collects name, company, work email, message or use case, consent confirmation, and optional phone, role, agency size, branch count, current systems, payroll setup, primary pain, timeline, campaign parameters, and landing referrer.
Purpose and contact basis
Flexion uses submitted details to review demo and early-access requests, respond to the requester, and prepare a focused sales or pilot conversation where there appears to be a suitable fit. The contact basis is drafted as request/consent-based follow-up and remains subject to legal review.
Abuse and audit context
Demo requests may retain request metadata such as IP address and user agent so Flexion can investigate abuse, duplicate submissions, operational delivery issues, and audit context around public funnel submissions.
Analytics posture
Flexion may collect simple server-side counts for the public website, such as daily page requests, funnel page requests, and submitted early-access requests. These counts are stored in aggregate and are not used to recognize individual visitors or create user profiles. We use PostHog to understand usage of our public website and Request Early Access funnel. We collect technical usage events such as page views, clicks on key calls to action, and form progress. We do not send free-text form contents to PostHog and we do not use this data for advertising, retargeting, or automated decision-making. Where consent is required, PostHog is activated only after consent. The legal basis is either Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in privacy-conscious reach and functionality measurement), depending on the final configuration. Session replay, heatmaps, autocapture, advertising personalization, and retargeting are not enabled for this launch posture.
